“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control; against such things there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23

I have had such beautiful response to my book, “What if You Choose to Life a Regret-Free Life.” Typically followed by surprise that the Fruits of the Spirit made up each chapter’s topic. Topped off by fascination that I used these pages to tell stories of my life, coupled with stories of observation and hope found in seemingly insignificant things. All designed to remind us that what is insignificant to us is life building and purpose defining if we will allow it.

Now with the pending release of my podcast ‘Regret Free’ on September 15, my passion for this topic and my commitment to share the hope and promise that comes from a life surrendered, grows.

The 5th chapter of Galatians is literally entitled ‘Freedom in Christ.’ And The Apostle Paul does the supernatural job of walking us through the hope, the promise, the freedom that a life surrendered grows into. A life that now uses the experiences of our past for the future of impact that our personal life failings and successes have taught. Replacing and using regret with purpose releases the chains of imprisonment with wings to soar. Our life lessons have prepared us to be the hope in others life. Every person has stories of experience that are hope to someone. Courage is the willingness to be vulnerable and share.

I am so amazed by the guests that have met and talked with me as we prepare for the podcast’s release. Sharing their life stories and perspective. What a gift. They embolden me and rain down hope and joy, and I believe they will you too. My prayer is my book would cause you to pause and see the purposes in your life’s experiences and the significance of the mountain tops and valleys that define each of us.

I am so grateful for the kind words and encouragement so many of you have sent my way. We’re just getting started because our Father in Heaven is never finished with us. He loves us too much to say “done” until he calls us home.
